FAST-TRACK EXECUTION TERMS

Clear, client-safe clauses that protect the timeline, the scope and the relationship — for both sides.
Timeline honours payment. The ninety-day window is contingent on timely milestone payments as per the agreed schedule.
Delay is day-to-day. Any payment delay will extend the delivery timeline by an equivalent working-day count.
Scope changes reset timelines. Post-freeze design changes or scope additions will affect both the timeline and the final cost.
Force majeure excluded. Weather disruptions, regulatory holds and force-majeure events are excluded from timeline liability.
Freeze before execution. Complete scope, material and finish sign-off is required before foundation work begins.
Documented throughout. All approvals, revisions and milestone sign-offs are documented and counter-signed.
